The website is inquiry-based. Send your requirements through WhatsApp or email to discuss a quotation. Availability, commercial terms, and payment arrangements are agreed directly; there is no online checkout.

Each shipment requires logistics planning. We review the destination, documentation, refrigerated transport, and receiving arrangements with the buyer and relevant partners. Routes and lead times are confirmed individually.

We hold -18°C through cold storage and refrigerated transport, and agree handling requirements at each handover. Product and batch details travel with the shipment.

Follow the storage temperature, handling instructions, and best-before date on the specific product pack. Ask for the product specification when planning commercial storage or distribution.
